• Immediate suspension or closure of all accounts associated with the user.
• Forfeiture of account balances, bonuses, and winnings across all duplicate accounts.
• Permanent ban from creating future accounts on the paus56 platform.

3. Account Security

3.1 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any other authentication methods. You agree to:

• Keep your password secure and not share it with any third party.
• Notify paus56 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized or unauthorized, until you notify us of a security breach.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.

3.2 Account Information Updates

4.3 Currency

All transactions on paus56 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits made in other currencies will be automatically converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate, and conversion fees may apply.

5. Withdrawals & Processing

To request a withdrawal, you must:

• Maximum Processing Time: 24 hours for first-time withdrawals requiring additional verification.
• Processing times may be extended during Indonesian public holidays (Idul Fitri, Christmas, Indonesian Independence Day, Nyepi) or bank maintenance windows.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

paus56 operates in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to request additional documentation, conduct enhanced due diligence, or delay withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

VIP tier members receive weekly cashback based on net losses, calculated every Monday morning for the previous week's activity. VIP cashback has no wagering requirements and can be withdrawn immediately or used for further play.

7. Betting Rules & Game Play

7.1 General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after confirmation except where the specific game or sport rules explicitly allow (e.g., cash-out features in live betting).
• In the event of obvious technical errors, system malfunctions, or incorrect odds, paus56 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to users.

8.4 Consequences of Prohibited Activities

If paus56 determines that you have engaged in any prohibited activity, we may:

• Void all bets and confiscate account balances, including winnings.

• Take legal action to recover damages.
• Ban you permanently from creating future accounts.

9. Limitation of Liability
